One hour before delivery, our manager will contact you to make sure nothing has changed. At the appointed time, the courier picks up your order at your apartment/villa
Delivery
After the customer has placed the order, Vassa will deliver the purchased products according to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made only after payment or approval of the order by the buyer. The terms and times of delivery are described below.
Payments
Cash payment upon receipt
The courier will deliver the goods to your address. You carefully examine the completeness and appearance of the products, and then pay the rest of the cost, as well as the cost of your selected services. We will provide a receipt and documentation for the delivered products.
Online payment
For convenient online transfers an electronic payment system is used. When ordering, select a payment method, after which you will be redirected to a secure payment page.
Warranty
We fully control the process from the development of each model to the test assembly and delivery to our customers. Delivery is performed by experienced freight forwarders, so you can be sure that you will receive the goods ordered in perfect condition.
All sofas and furniture are assembled from high-quality and safe for health components, which is confirmed by documentation. The technical control department is responsible for full compliance of the models with all existing norms and quality standards. Moreover, we are responsible for the assumed warranty obligations to the customer.
Return of goods
When accepting the goods, the Buyer must carefully check their quantity, quality and assortment for compliance with the accompanying documents and the order. After signing the sales receipt, the Buyer loses the right to make claims about the delivered order.
The Seller’s warranty does not apply to goods assembled by the buyer himself (not by the Seller’s personnel). Also, the warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by self-delivery and lift-up of the product. The buyer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality, which have individual specific properties, that is if the product can be used exclusively by the consumer who acquires it.

No, there are no limits. In the case of a large volume order, delivery can be divided into 2 or 3 steps.
Yes you can replace some items within the collection with other items. You need to inform your personal manager to do this. We'll refund you the difference if you select a cheaper item or ask you to pay more if you select a more expensive one. You can also add some extra items to the collection bundle from our catalog.
Yes, we can produce any model with your dimensions. Contact our manager to do this. Period of manufacture and delivery of furniture with individual dimensions is from 1 to 2 months.
Our partners handle the curtains, you do not have to pay extra (if the length of the windows is less than 3 meters per room). You can measure the windows yourself (length and height) and tell the manager, or we can send you a specialist for free who will make all measurements.
Period of manufacturing and hanging curtains is up to 3-4 working days.
All necessary fasteners, curtain rods are already included in the cost of the collection bundle.
Yes. To make us install chandeliers and pictures, you need to add the service "unpacking, assembling and arranging the products". If you have already placed an order but have not added a service, it can always be added through your personal manager.
