1. Warranty Coverage

  • The frame is protected by a lifetime warranty.
  • Cushions and covers carry a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Outdoor use
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Incorrect assembly or unauthorized modifications

  1. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
  2. If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
