Is the warranty included?
The frame is protected by a lifetime warranty. Cushions and covers carry a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date and valid only for the original owner.Normal wear, outdoor use, misuse, or incorrect assembly are not covered.
Does the sofa require assembly?
There's a some light assembly is needed. Every sofa arrives with the necessary tools and easy-to-follow instructions, so setup is simple and quick.
How to care for sofa cushions to keep them comfy?
The sofa is built to offer medium firmness with a relaxed feel, plus a small extra pillow for added lower back support. The seat cushions use a dense foam core wrapped in high-density polyester fiber, giving them strength, long-lasting support, and excellent shape retention.
Back cushions and additional pillows are filled with synthetic fibers such as polyester or polypropylene. These materials are designed to feel soft and cozy like natural down or feathers, but are more practical and affordable for everyday use.
When you first unpack the compressed cushions, take them out, gently fluff or knead them to spread the filling evenly, and allow 48–72 hours for them to fully expand. To maintain their shape and prevent sagging over time, rotate and flip the cushions regularly. The high-density foam and fiber fillings are built to spring back once pressure is released.
